Australian cuties from Erstwilder Australiana

So I’m a sucker for all things Australiana, which isn’t really a secret. So much of my brooch collection is made up of Australian animals as they’re such a special part of our very unique country. I always get excited when Erstwilder release new Australian goodies as they do them so well and this latest range is honestly so adorable I couldn’t resist sharing my personal favorites!

For those who aren’t familiar with Erstwilder, they’re an Australian brooch company specialising in the cute and quirky. Their pieces are made of layered speciality resin which together create the most beautiful finished product. I’ve been wearing Erstwilder for a number of years and they make up the bulk of my personal brooch collection!

The AN-TEA-CHINUS MOUSE brooch is probably my favorite from this release. Based on the cutest little Aussie mouse, I just had to have him in my collection. The pinks will go so well with what I have in my wardrobe (like this fab Miss Fortune sweater!) and his little face is honestly too cute!

The NIFTY NUMBAT brooch is perfect for purple lovers! The resin on this piece is truly beautiful, especially when it hits the light. I also think his colourings would go really well on some of my true vintage pieces too. He’s also smaller than the other two, making him perfect for peeps who prefer smaller brooches!

My lucky last favorite is the SPINEY SEEDLING ECHIDNA brooch. Echidnas are such funny little guys with their spines and I just love that they’re put him in a pot plant. He’s like a little spiney flower plant and I’m going to get a lot of wear out of him!

What were your favorites from this latest release? Erstwilder brooches retail for around $34.95au and they are shipped worldwide. You can snap it up from Erstwilder direct but don’t forget to support your stockists too like:
