Enjoying the garden with Erstwilder

It’s no secret that I love flowers. Most of my wardrobe consists of floral prints. I love wearing flowers in my hair and despite not having a green thumb myself I do love gardens with fresh flowers. I adored the last Erstwilder release of flowers (I still own pretty much all the ones I got from that release) and I was SUPER excited for this latest offering, especially with their necklaces now coming in two sizes!!

So for those that aren’t familiar with Erstwilder, its an Australia brand based in Melbourne who design and make the more gorgeous resin brooches, necklaces and earrings. I must admit, around 70% of my personal collection comes from this brand and I can honestly say I love their design and their pieces. These newest floral pieces are centred around garden florals and indoor florals, so there really is something for everyone.

Heartfelt Hydrangea Brooch

I had to start with this Heartfeld Hydrangea as it’s honestly my absolute favorite out of the collection. Hydrangeas are such a beautiful flower and one of my favorites. Coupled with the fact that blue is my favorite colour, these are definitely going to get a LOT of wear. They also aren’t too big, a nice size that suits their soft nature.

Fronds of Fancy necklace (small)

So now while necklaces normally aren’t my jam, I absolutely adore this piece. The mix of greens in the Fronds of Fancy necklace is so beautiful for summer and will match a lot of my tiki inspired stuff! Erstwilder have also done something different this release and have offered their necklaces in small and large sizes. I love this change as I’m not a fan of massive necklaces due to my small bust size, they tend to swim on me.

Lavender Daze brooch holds an extra special place for me. My grandmother used to keep lavender scented bags in drawers and the smell still makes me smile. I adore how Erstwilder have done their lavender sprigs on a leave, as it reduces breakpoints and ends up making for a beautifully dainty piece.

Green Eyed Monster Brooch

And lastly is this gorgeous Green Eyed Monster pot plant, from their indoor selection. As a girl whose mum is a green thumb (not something I really inherited) I grew up in a house that had a lot of indoor plants. This piece makes me think of my mum when I wear it.

Their newest release is now available via their website! You can shop here!

OR you can shop via some of their amazing stockists like Gwynnies, Natasha Marie Clothing, Broochaholic store and Wild Brooches, just to name a few! Full list can be found here!

Happy brooching!
